Another year has almost come to an end and that can mean only one thing… Raise for Life will be holding its annual Birmingham Champions Trophy!

This year, we are very proud and honoured to be working with Birmingham Children’s Hospital. We will be looking to raise as much funds as possible to assist the hospital in the wonderful and amazing work that they do.

The hospital has been offering critical medical care to young children and support to their family member for over 150 years. Every member of staff, from the paediatricians to nurses, and anyone involved in this key Birmingham institute, has helped to give the best medical care without bias, discrimination or prejudice.

Members of the RfL team have either been patients of the hospital themselves or know of at least one member of their family who has been in the care of the hospital. We are sure that if you live in the West Midlands or surrounding areas, you too can relate to the above. The hospital is critical to our communities and they ensure that our children are given the best possible service.

It is for this reason (and many more) that we are working with the Birmingham Children’s Hospital.

The Champions Trophy tournament will be taking place again at the prestigious Edgbaston Indoor Cricket Centre and will be hotly contested by some of the most highly-rated individuals and cricket teams from around the West Midlands.
Each team is working tirelessly to raise funds for the hospital but are also training hard to ensure that they are able top cope with the fast-paced, quality, 10 over indoor cricket. Please show your support and donate here

As well as the cricket tournament, the venue will also be holding various activities for all to enjoy and there will also be plenty of stalls with delicious dishes to get the pallet excited! Remember, 100% of all donations and anything raised from the stalls will go directly to the Birmingham Children’s Hospital.
So, get yourself and your family & friends down to Edgbaston Indoor Cricket Centre on Sunday 30th December to enjoy some top-quality cricket, whilst also supporting a fantastic local cause!
