For the guys planning to run this year, here is footage from last years Regency 10k run which was organised in aid of Syria, raising money for food parcels (Human Appeal). Basically just to give you a run down of what to expect on the day. Well done to last years participants and volunteers, we managed to raise over £40,000.00 solely due to this particular event.
